Direct Recruitment of Telecom Technical Assistants (TTAs) under Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for SCs, STs, OBCs and Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
 
Various recruiting circles (SSA) of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. [BSNL] are recruiting backlog vacancies of Telecom Technical Assistant (TTA) reserved for SCs, STs, OBCs and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) through an open Competitive Examination likely to be held in Dec. 2010/Jan.2011.

• Telecom Technical Assistants (TTAs) : 738 Posts in various circles, Pay Scale : Rs.13600-25420, Qualification : 3 years Diploma in Telecom Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Radio Engineering / Computer Engineering / Instruments Technology/ Information Technology / M.Sc. (Electronics), Age : 18 to 27 years. Relaxation For Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes up to 5 years, For OBC Candidates up to 3 years, For PWD candidates up to 10 years for OC candidates, 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC.

Application Fee : Rs.500/- in the form of DD only favouring "The Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, Office of the CGMT .......... (name of circle). No fee for SC/ST/PH candidates.


How to Apply : Application in the prescribed format in an envelope containing application form be marked “Application for the post for TTA(SRD-2010) in BSNL” in bold letters on the top of the envelope and should reach to the concerned Telecom Circle where candidate wants to apply on or before 30/09/2010 (29/09/2010 in some circles).(Different dates for different circles, therefore read documents of the interested circleas for clarity)

Recruitment of Junior Telecom Officers for persons with disabilities (PWD). Special recruitment Drive-2010

BSNL will recruit Junior Telecom Officers (JTOs) through Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for Persons with Disability (PWD) in Telecom, Civil and Electrical Streams through through an open competitive examination likely to be held in Nov./ Dec. 2010 in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 16400-40500. BSNL comprises of 27 Recruitment Circles and these circles are in the process of filling up of backlog vacancies reserved for PWD :

• Junior Telecom. Officers (JTOs) : 213 posts in 27 recruiting circles, Pay Scale : Rs. 16400-40500 (IDA Pattern), Age : 30 years. Relaxation For PWD candidates upto 10 years for OC candidate; 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC, Qualification :  Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college / university: Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Radio/ Computer/ Electrical./  IT (Information Technolog)/ Instrumentation/ Civil/ Electrical
